The Privacy Policy defines what personal information/data EiP Game Studio (known in this document as “We”, “Us” and “EiP”) may collect from you (“User” or “Player”).

When you use our Services or create an account, in order to maintain the quality of our Services (website http://eipgames.com, our apps or any games, products and forums) and provide to the user a great experience,  we may collect and generate personal information from/about you, such as name, profile picture (in case you log in through a third party like social media platforms), e-mail address, etc.

  • Additional Purposes of your data:

With your permission, EiP may process your information/data for additional purposes. This may include, but not limited to, the collection and use of your device identifiers to customize and display in-game advertisements. To achieve this, we may gather your advertising identifier, IP address, and device ID where applicable, and seek your consent to do so in accordance with the applicable privacy laws, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

EiP may share this data, with your approval, to allow our advertising partners to deliver suitable advertisements and optimize ad content to prevent repetition. For such ad delivery and customization, we disclose your device identifiers to chosen partners.

These partners function as the ad network and mediation platform are responsible for ad inventory bidding as well as facilitating and participating in such activities. Additionally, the partners may use your device identifiers for fraud detection purposes, based on their legitimate interest. 6) What personal information/data we collect?

The personal data we collect depends on the Services you use and the applicable laws.

  • Information/Data Provided To Us By You:
  • Your contact information, such as name, e-mail address, or phone number.
  • Your profile information (such as a profile photo).
  • Content you submit while using the Service, such as chat logs and player support tickets.
  • Information you provide when participating in surveys, promotions, sweepstakes, competitions, and other events.
  • In case you sign in through your social media profile, information related to your social network profile.
  • Game specific player ID number, that is used by us to identify your profile.
  • Other information that can authenticate you.

These information are used to improve your experience while playing our games and using any other of our Services.

For any purchases you make through our Services, your payment details will be collected by our payment service providers.

7) EiP is the only one that can see your data?

No. In the following situations other entities can see your data.

  • Other Players and Users:

When Our Services incorporate social features, and other users may have access to your profile data, in-game activities, and as well messages you have posted.

  • Other Companies and Public Authorities:

To verify payments, including those made through payment providers, and to prevent fraud and illegal activity, we may share and process your data with other companies and organizations, and provide it to public authorities in response to lawful requests.

In addition, we may disclose your data, with your consent, to satisfy a legal demand, or to maintain the safety of ourselves and other users.

  • Advertising and Social Media Partners:

Our partners, including social media and advertising entities, are involved in providing features within our Service. These features may include social media interaction tools, functionalities via application programming interfaces (APIs) or software development kits (SDKs), and in-game advertising.

These partners may access data related to your activities and device, including, but not limited to, your IP address, mobile identifiers, page(s) visited, location, and time of day. Additionally, EiP may combine and share data we have gathered about you with third-party advertising partners. These partners may use this data, along with similar data collected from other services, to serve you with targeted advertisements when you visit third-party services within their networks. Please be aware that these partners may operate under their own privacy policies.

8) For How Long EiP Keep your Information/data?

The duration for which we store your data is limited to the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was obtained. The retention period varies depending on the purpose for which the data was collected and used, and/or as required by relevant laws. For example, we may retain certain data for a few years after you have terminated your account with us to fulfill our legal obligations or to assert, defend or establish legal claims.

As explained above, you can opt-out of interest-based advertising on mobile applications.

EiP will comply with applicable laws and may take additional measures to verify your identity, such as requesting proof of purchase or linking your email address with your game account. You may also appoint an authorized agent to act on your behalf, providing their contact information to our customer support staff in line with applicable law.

We assure you that EiP do not act in any discriminatory way, therefore you will not face discriminatory treatment due to the exercise of your data subject rights.

11) Cookies and Similar Technologies:

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to personalize our Services, analyze its usage, prevent fraud, and target advertisements, as is common practice with most online services. These technologies enable us and our partners to store your preferences and track your activity within the Service.

Furthermore, we and our partners gather and retain information on users’ interactions with unaffiliated websites and applications that employ our technologies, such as cookies and other tracking tools. This helps us identify instances where multiple devices or browsers are being used by the same user or household and subsequently link those devices and browsers to create a device graph. 12) “Do Not Track”:

Users can set a privacy preference called “Do Not Track” (DNT) in some web browsers. However, it should be noted that we do not acknowledge, comply or honor DNT signals or other similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.

To safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, EiP are consistently devising and implementing administrative, technical, and physical security measures. Our objective is to uphold a secure and safe player experience for you.

  • Data Retention:

We preserve your data for as long as you have an active account or until it’s required to furnish you with the Service. In instances such as unused game accounts, we may periodically de-identify them. Additionally, we may regularly evaluate and de-identify extraneous data.

It’s crucial to bear in mind that if you request the removal of your personal data, we will maintain it as necessary for our legitimate business interests, for example for fulfill legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.

14) Children Protection:

Ensuring the online privacy of children is extremely important to us. Generally, our Services are not designed for children under 13 years of age (or another age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly gather personal data from children.

When exercising your CCPA rights, we will ask you to answer specific questions to verify your identity and your status as a California resident. Alternatively, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, subject to our verification of the agent’s authorization.

EiP have the right to gather and release, according to these present terms, the following categories of personal information for business purposes:

  • Personal identifiers (such as a real name, postal address, IP address, account name, email address, etc.)
  • Personal information (such as name, signature, social security number, physical characteristics, financial information, etc.)
  • Protected classification characteristics (such as age (40 years or older), race, ethnicity, citizenship, religion, sex, etc.)
  • Commercial information (such as records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchase histories)
  • Internet or other electronic network activity (such as browsing history, search history, etc.)
  • Geolocation data (such as physical location or movements)
  • Sensory data (such as audio, electronic, visual, etc.)
  • Inference drawn from other personal information to create a profile about a consumer.

As per the definition provided by the CCPA, we do not engage in the “sale” of personal information. Additionally, we have no knowledge of having “sold” any personal information belonging to minors under the age of 16.

Under California law, California residents can ask and obtain a list of the third parties (if any, and as defined under applicable California law) to whom we disclosed their “personal information” for direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. To request this information, please contact through one of the e-mails mentioned on section two.

If you are under a California Law, please note that, except when the applicable law says otherwise, you are under all of the terms explained and defined in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

16) For Turkish Residents:

Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the data protection legislation, specifically the Turkish Law on Personal Data Protection Law with number 6698 (“DPL”).

The categories of personal data we have obtained and the sources of such data, as well the purpose, are detailed in the previous section of the overall Privacy Policy.

Moreover, your personal data will be collected automatically and processed according to the following legal justifications under the DPL:
